We have a Free 30 Day Return Policy for you to try on the jewelery. We will send you a Free USPS Return label. Please ensure to return your jewelry in its original undamaged box which should be placed inside a shipping box. The jewelry must be in the same state you received them and in sellable condition. There should be no indications of wear. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. All returns will be inspected by our QC team to ensure the jewelry is in an unworn condition and in the same state that they were sent. Items that do not pass inspection will be returned to you. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund.
Yes shipping is free in the US.
We ship via USPS and your order will be fully trackable. Once your order ships you will receive a Shipping email which will contain your USPS tracking number. Orders ship within 48 hours after you have placed the order. All orders are shipped from New York City.

As we produce in limited quantities and everything is hand crafted we do sell out a lot of the time. If there is a sold out style, please email us at HERAJWLRY.INFO@GMAIL.COM so we can add your name to the waitlist of that style. We re-stock every 2 weeks.
Yes we do. We ship internationally and the shipping cost will be charged at checkout. You will not pay any customs taxes on your international order, that's on us.
